- Automated sourcing of passive job seekers through
free and fee-based resume databases.
- Automated transfer of applicant data from the
Interview Exchange screening environment to the
IDX HRIS and ATS systems.
- Complete web hosting services for the IDX.com
careers homepage, incorporating the look and feel
of IDX's existing website.
- Tracking and capture of applicant source data
for ROI (return on investment) metrics reporting
and EEOC compliance.
