Interview Exchange has made a significant positive impact on the search process at the University at Albany.
Our search committees are excited about the ability to now receive all resumes electronically, thus the “paperless search.” This conforms to the University’s “Go Green Initiative,” to reduce and eventually eliminate unnecessary paperwork.
Interview Exchange has also been a great resource to our Office of Diversity and Affirmative Action, since the system provides the statistics that are essential to Federal Government reporting.
Overall, the reactions have been extremely positive, the system user friendly, and perhaps most importantly, the staff at Interview Exchange has been very responsive in addressing any issues that have arisen.
