Every moment at the conference was well spent. This conference was a great opportunity to interact with colleagues from other institutions of higher ed to discuss and learn from them about their recruiting, onboarding and other HR practices as well as how they utilize Hirezon/Interview Exchange platforms. I look forward to upcoming developments after hearing about new features and products from the Hirezon staff. Having the opportunity to talk with those that use Interview Exchange on a daily basis is one of the best ways to learn how to make the best use of the platforms we currently have and learn about the opportunities and capabilities of other Interview Exchange systems. Bay Path has now been utilizing several of the Hirezon suite of modules for almost two years. While we are happy with our process, the excellent presentations from other institutions allow us to think strategically about how to improve our ATS and onboarding to make the user experience even better and more efficient. Interview Exchange continues to positively impact the search process at the University at Albany.
