How long does a Hirezon demo take?
A full demo runs about 45 minutes, but we always start with a 20-minute discovery call first so we can tailor the demo to your actual workflow. So total time commitment is about an hour and five minutes, across two sessions.
If you only have 30 minutes, we’ll do a focused demo on whichever product matters most to you. Just tell us in the form.
What will I see in the demo?
Live software — not slides. We screen-share Interview Exchange running real (anonymized) higher-ed search scenarios, and walk through whichever workflows your team uses most: faculty searches, staff hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, or HR forms.
If you’re interested in AI Candidate Summary, we’ll run a real summary live on a sample CV during the call so you can see how it explains its reasoning.
Do you discuss pricing during the demo?
Yes — if you want to. Unlike most enterprise HR tech vendors, we’ll give you a ballpark on the first call. Final pricing depends on which products you need, number of users, and integration scope, but we won’t make you wait three weeks for a number.
Can I bring my whole search committee or HR team?
Absolutely — and we’d encourage it. Higher ed buying decisions usually involve HR leadership, IT, and at least one search committee chair. The more of those folks on the call, the more useful the demo. We’re comfortable with groups of 8–10.
What if I'm just exploring — not ready to buy?
That’s exactly the right time to talk. Higher ed buys carefully — most of our customers evaluate Hirezon for 6–12 months before signing. A demo at the exploration stage is not a commitment, and we’d rather show you the product now than chase you for a year.
How long does implementation take after we sign?
Typically 4–8 weeks for a single product, and 8–12 weeks for the full suite. The bulk of that is configuration (your workflows, your committee templates, integrations with your HRIS and job boards) rather than software setup.
